Jerome Cheung’s collection, “Intended to be Read by the Archives,” explores archivism and a life during memorialisation. Inspired by personal experiences, his menswear collection uses sand, stones, concrete, and paper to sculpt the process of documenting a memory. With a collection as tumultuous as the time period it was created in, he intends for his garments to display and leave behind imprints and to weather away over time.
